Could sks help me please? On the tabs "individual" "notes" "sources" & "repositories" all entries have expansion buttons next to them. If I have more than one button expanded within a tab I know that I can close them all at once by clicking on the top bar. Is there a way of opening all of the expansion buttons together within a tab, so I don't have to keep clicking on individual ones? I have looked everywhere I can think of for an answer, but I'm probably not asking the question correctly! Am using FH v 4.1.3 Thanks Sandra.

I presume you are on the record window. You can't open all the fields for all the records, as far as I know, but you can alt-double left click on a record to expand all the information for that record. -- Jane. This is a useful tip I didn't know about. Just to clarify what Jane said: when you hold down the ALT key you need to double-click on the record NAME, not on the main expansion button for the record. (ALT + double click on the expansion button still only expands the first level).
