Malcolm Yes, the data can be available in FH. The Auto-text census grid will appear in the Source Record Text From Source. This will include the Column data you entered, although it is a bit awkward to extract individual columns in FH. Use the Census template Editor and check the following. Set Country: UK and Year: 1911 then select one of the Census Columns for Completed years... or Total number of Children... The Recording option can be set to Append to census event local note. The Tools > Options > Census settings default to Include note titles. This allows the data to be extracted using the function =GetLabelledText(). I am not aware of any associated reports or queries.
