Very many thanks..................I have also just discovered that if I Copy the diagram when I am zoomed out and choose Current Size (or something similar) it pastes into a Word document (or MS Publisher in this case) mightily reduced. Fantastic! (I had already reduced box sizes etc etc) As an elderly genealogist (61 tomorrow and working on my ONS for 30+ years) but a newbie to Family Historian....................I think it is AMAZINGLY good and versatile.
