FH V5 has some new features that allow fields for each type of Fact to be enabled/disabled. It also adds validity checks that warn if a Fact Date is before Birth Date or after Death Date, etc, etc. The general wisdom is that the Burial Age is the same as Death Age and not needed. Similarly the Birth Age is greyed out because the only non-zero entry is 'Stillbirth'. If you need to change the settings, use Tools > Work with Fact Sets then select the Fact's Properties and change the options.
