Is there any way of changing the way an approximate date is shown in a diagram box? I really dislike the use of a "?" after a date e.g. "1959?" when what is really required is "c. 1959". The short date formats always use ?, but if you move to the :COMPACT form it will put (calc) or (approx) after dates which are approximate.
