He was a coal miner, married Jane Atkinson of Northumberland, and lived there in 1881. They had 7 children in the home in 1881: Robert, George, Margaret, Martha, William A., James and Joseph. He is my gg-grandfather and I am trying to find information on his parents and ancestors.
