I just sent off for records today for my great grandfather, his mother a Barnett was Cherokee and he appears on the Guion Miller Rolls. Most of these different rolls are available at www.nara.gov. You can actually copy the digital image of the index then you request online the right form you need. Other Fagans on the Guion-Miller roll in 1909 are: Frank & Paul (on one record) Ga. John E. Okla. Guardian Ga I have read of some scout who was named Fagan and he was full blooded Choctaw and worked for a while at Ft.Sill and out of Ft.Reno.. from pictures I have of My great grandfather he couldn't deny his Indian blood if he wanted to.
