Anyone know where Phillip Phagan/FAgan came from? He is found in Augusta Co., Va. in 1751, 1763 court records? He married Martha Newman, daughter of Rev. Samual Newman and they got land grants in Berkely, S. C. in 1765. Phillip later moved to the Pendleton Dist, S. C. and helped start a church there with his son in law.
