    1. Re: [FAGAN] Barsheba Fagan
    2. I am sending your info to several Fagan researchers. I am descended from Phillip Phagan, first found in the chronicals of the Scotch- Irish IN Augusta, Va. 1751. His son Moses was born in 1765 on a wagon train as it passed through N. C. on the way to Berkeley, S. C. where Phillip Phagan got a land grant. He later sold the land and moved to the Pendleton Dist. S. C. where he died in 1798. HIs son, MOses Phagan, my 4th great grandfather was a fortunate drawer in the Ga. land lottery of 1827, in Mukeegee, Ga. This was in North Ga. He had two sons, James, my line and Philip who stayed in North GA. James Fagans son Moses Fagan was my great grandfather. Moses was born in Ga. in May 1825 and married Partheney Fagans in March, 1852. Their son General Alvin fagan, born 1869 in White Co. Ga. was my granddad. General and Harriet Bowen Fagans son, Claud Vanderbilt FAgan was my dad. Does any of this sound familiar to you? Harriette Fagan Timmerman, WEst Palm Beach.
