Hi, Nancy Windsor was my third great grandmothers sister. They both married John Evans's. I have never connected Nancy's John to us. I possibly have my tree wrong based on what you have said. I have the tree this way - - John Evans 1785 who married Nancy Windsor, son of John Evans 1756, son of John 1728, son of Samuel 1692, son of Richard & Elizabeth (Hall) Evans. The other John Evans I have is also born 1785 but married to Sarah Miller on the other side of my lineage to Richard and Elizabeth (Hall) Evans - the Lucas line. This is possibly another Evans line but John and Sarah (Miller) Evans lived in Ross County Ohio, died and are buried there. Hi Don, My John goes back to Richard and Elizabeth. The John that Nancy Windsor married?? I don't know. I was told a while back that he did not connect to us. I have never researched him. I thought he was from Col. John Evans line.
