Mornin, As some of you may know, I administer another Rootsweb list for my surname DeGruy.... I started a little project there that might be helpful for our Evans cousins as well. It's a way for us to help our research of other surnames What you would do..... Send me a list of all the surnames you are researching. I would create a word processing file listing your email address at the bottom of all your names. When I had a bunch of names, I'd post the file on our website... {BTW... we now have 13 responses on our collection of the Evans lines of our individual members. We have about 43 members of the list [not all active] so we could really add a lot more lines, if folks would respond.... but I might just post what we have this Thursday.... hoping that others will send in their info by then.} So we could end potentially up with two files on the Myfamily site: one listing our individual Evans ancestry; the other listing all the surnames we are researching. [If the surname list would be too long (as mine would), you could pare it down by just listing a maternal side or a paternal side, depending on how you connect to the Evanses; or you could just do spouses surnames of your Evanses.... I know several of you are researching Beals, and Bowies, and Swans..... but there may be some others that we don't know about who connect. R EG mine would include at least just for myself [although I'm also researching all the surnames of other list members]: Wingfield, Hill?, Simpson, Pearce, Lyons, Schooley, Robinson, Earle, Vreeland, Jansen, Meyers, Bayliss, Grevenraet, Hartman, Jans, Parrish, Foster, Plant, Barnes, Wheaton, Small, Betts, Parmelee, Jewell, Hill, Plane or Paine, Bradley, Russell, Hill, Hoyt, Anderson, Fowler, Parker, Barton, Wickes, Newell, Rand, Knight, Kevington, Windsor or Shaw, Danvers, Andrews, Green, Faulkner, Englefield, Doss, Hurt, Wheeler, Allen, Turner, Grant, King or Poss, Admire or Leftwich, Bevans, Grant, Richardson, Walker, Warren, Witzman, Durand, Verges, Cieutat, Dierdelen, [and that's not all of them]
