    2. Thanks for an early Christmas present. My music teacher directed the Christmas program at Cincinnati's Hall of Music so we were taught the Hallelujah Chorus in her very exacting way. Also, Ave Maria. By the way this was in elementary school, grades Kindergarten thru eight. Judy Minihan In a message dated 12/2/2010 10:07:45 A.M. 3. This James is my 3rd ggrandfather. He first married Sarah Meek and she bore him five children, one was William, my 2nd ggrandfather. They traveled to Clark County, and mid-to-late 1800 Sarah died and James quickly acquired a new helpmate by marrying Selah/Celia (born 17 jun 1784) on 23 dec 1800. She was young and healthy and by sep 1801, the first of 5 children in this new family had arrived. Selah (d. 1835, Scott Co., IL) and James d. 1840, Brown Co., IL. James' father-in-law was not Daniel, it was Joseph Scholl. It was Joseph's wife, Lavinia, who was daughter to Daniel Boone and his wife Rebecca Bryan. Daniel was grandfather to Selah.
