He was born in Maryland, lived in Virginia and died in Guernsey County Ohio between 28 March 1854 when his will was written and 10 May 1854 when it was probated. I have his name in my database as Henry H. Evans but I believe all the siblings had the middle name Haislip after their mother's maiden name. Henry's father's name was Joseph Evans and his mother was Sythe Haislip. I am descended from Henry's brother Augustus Haislip Evans.
