But I do not know for sure. My line of Evans are from Highland County, Ohio about 1800. Our line is the HUGH EVANS line born 1730 who moved to Highland County and was one of the Original Families who founded Highland County. And WHERE is Highland County you ask, after much effort to find Butler County since you did not tell us where it was, is actually due East of Butler County about 40-50 miles.
