In the online "New York Clipper," a show busines newspaper for June 16, 1920, I found this entry: " Walter Fenner, a vaudeville performer with "Show Me," was married to Edith Evans in Los Angeles recently." This marriage ended in a 1927 Los Angeles divorce. In 1933 Edith EVANS married my cousin Ray MAYER (born Raymond MAHER 1901 in Lexington, NE). They were the show business team of MAYER and EVANS. I cannot find any civil documentation or record of the Fenner marriage or divorce. Ed Broecker
