July 6, 1859 had sons Arthur(b. October 12, 1899) and Albert. I was born in England or Wales. He married Chloe Foot in NY. He lived in Watertown, NY from 1890-1942. The two brothers Artur and Alber married two sisters(Cathern b. sept 24, 1901 - d. April 1976 and Elizabeth Williams. Their father was Robert Aubrey Williams born Oct 26, 1869 or 1867 in Wales d.
