I, too, am going to repost my brick wall. Someone told me when I first joined this list that I was looking for a haystack. I keep hoping tha haystack has shrunk a little, but so far I have had no success. Perhaps today will be the day. My great grandfather, John Thomas Evans, left Wales and emigrated to the United States with his wife, Mary Perkins, and came across the plains in an oxcart company around 1860. John was born in Fishguard, Pembroke, Wales on 19 Apr 1840. He settled in Ogden, Utah, where Mary passed away. He moved to Adamsville, Beaver County, Utah, and married my great grandmother, Mary Ann Griffiths. John's father was Stephen Evans, born approximately 1814 in Wales. He married Ann Thomas (born approximately 1818) in Llandysilio, Pembroke, Wales on 17 Apr 1832. I do not know the names of Stephen Evans or Ann Thomas parents.
