Evans researchers, I though I would put this out again, because someone new might see something. I can definitely trace "my" Evans line to Thomas "Jefferson" Evans (abt 1747-Oct.25,1832) who lived in VA, and married Jane Howerton (abt 1757-abt 1845) on Dec.24,1780 in Prince Edward Co., Va. Thomas and his Jane lived in Montgomery Co.,VA and they had 12 children there. Thomas was in the Rev. War (pension # W923), and in 1812, he and most of family moved to Fentress Co.,TN, where Thomas died. Most the Evans children moved up to Casey Co.,KY area, where I have a lot of data.
