Does anyone know anything about Hanes or Haynes Evans living in Brunswick Co, NC in 1885 till his death around 1922. He may have lived here prior to that date, but I know he was married here in the year 1885. He married Bridget Ann. He is my Great great grandfather. My grandmother said he immigrated here from England with his 3 brothers at a young age. I am not sure how accurate this information is. He was born approx. 1861.
