"WHO, WHEN, & WHERE" !! That is always necessary to try and find the "Right Evans" and not get it confused with the wrong one. You gave us the "WHO & WHEN", but you did not give us the WHERE !!! WHERE was Your "Ann Evans" born, married, or raised ??? If you don't know for sure, then what is your best guess !!! If you don't have a clue, then tell us that. I personally know of a few "Ann Evans" that might match up with yours depending on WHERE your "Ann Evans" was born or lived, or where she was married (since you know the date), or WHO SHE MARRIED, or Where She Died !!!
