Can anyone PROVE a Thornton Evans as son of David Evans/Ann Flynt with his date of birth and who he married and/or any siblings. David and Ann DID have a Thornton but I don't know whether he is MY Thornton without documentation. MY Thornton Evans was born abt 1802 in NC and married Frances "Franky" Moore, born abt 1803 in Virginia. Their children were Richard B., John Henry, G.S., James M., and Eliza V. John Henry is my g-g-g-grandfather. His son, James Anderson Evans married Theodocia Sewell. Their daughter, Annie Louise Evans, my grandmother, married Harry F. Roberts in 1909.
