His father was also John Evans born in Wales. I can find no trace of them until John Evans(1840) married in London. He continued living in London but there has been some connection with a Mr Dai Lewis of Mountain Ash Glamorgan. John Evans (1840) had loads of children all in east london. I am interested in a daughter Ann who possibly lived in Mountain Ash around 1914. Other children were David, Delor, James and Jane all from his first marriage. Any information would be very welcome.
