    3. Sending this out as reminder, this came, in part, as an email to me via FTDNA. For all Surname Projects and "anyone without a surname project." "Remember to share this with everyone. Leave copies at your genealogical society's library and meeting areas" Here are some of the details. "I can not give you pricing over the message boards, you will have to go to the Surname Project you are interested in to see the prices. You can list the prices on any info you give to your Genealogy Assoc. or post a copy at your local coffe shop message board or library message board. You may order through any Geographic or Surname project. During high traffic times, the online ordering system at Family Tree DNA may be inaccessible. There are two alternatives: ordering by phone and ordering through email. Ordering by Phone: You may order by calling the Family Tree DNA office. The phone number is 1-713-868-1438. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Ordering by Email: You may send an email to Ashley Coursey, [email protected] She has agreed to help with this. She can also help place an order by invoice. Ordering on invoice is useful if you are sharing costs with someone else. Just remember that payments have to be in by the 30th. Please thank Ashley for going out of her way to help us.:-) If you need a project to get the discount: Emily has agreed to let those who do not have a surname project order through her local genealogical society. Here is what she says... "Ordering a test from Emily's Blog: To order a DNA test and receive the reduced price... 1. Go to: http://genealem-geneticgenealogy.blogspot.com/ 2. Go to the bottom right and click on the FTDNA icon. 3. Where it says SEARCH on the right side, type in GFO 4. On the next page, click on GFO 5. Complete the form. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on JOIN. Of course one can order this same way and put in any existing surname project where you see GFO. GFO is a local genealogical society and you do not have to be a member. Hope this helps and thanks for ordering via the blog." Thank you, Rebekah
