Hello Evans list....... I've watched and watched the list, and day after day, no one seems to have ever heard of an Ezer Evans b. sometime probably before 1795 (when his wife was born) in either North Carolina or South Carolina, who went from Alabama to Kentucky to marry his sweetheart (whose family had moved there from North Carolina) in Christian Co, Ky in 1813. Her name was Susannah Lindsey (b. 1795 in Chatham Co, N.C., dau of James Alfred Lindsey and Delilah Brewer). They moved around a bit, but lived mostly in Tenn. I've been told he was a school teacher. Al and Pat Evans of Michigan filled me in on a lot concerning their children, but I have never found anyone who lists him as someone's child. He MUST have had a mama and a papa! Any clues, anyone?
