So for YOUR sake ALBANY is the TOWN, KY is the STATE. This I already stated. As far as the county I will have to give you that. I'm a genealogist and I should of known better than to leave it out. That was a mistake on my part but mistakes happen. The COUNTY is CLINTON. And as far as the WHEN, that was stated also with the birth of Arnold 1896 or 98.
