I am a descendant of William Evans of Amelia County, Virginia. William Evans was born around 1713 in Virginia. He had a son named Benjamin Evans. This Benjamin Evans lived in Lunenburg County, Virginia and was married to Elizabeth Estes. I am a direct descendant of Benjamin and Elizabeth Estes Evans. There are several Evans families which your Thomas might belong. However, I only have two Thomas Evans's in my index and their information does not fit. My Evans line was in Virginia before 1680.
