On 2 and 3 October 1750, Maria Byrd sold "Havila Tract" parcels to Jabzes Evans along with Jean & Jeames Armstrong, William Armstrong, Jacob Asting, James Boyd, William Brandon, Alexander Caldwell, Archibald Douglass, William Douglass, Richard Eckhols, Thomas Jones, William Lawson, and Thomas Wires. On 1 and 3 October 1751, she sold "Havila Tract" parcels to John Evans along with with Josiah Dickson, David Lawson, John Lawson, William Lawson, James Millikin, Patrick Boyd, Harry Gaines, Richard Kerby, John Page Jr, and Gideon Smith.
