Evans, 90, Albuquerque, N.M., died Saturday, Dec. 13, 2008, at her home. She was born Sept. 18, 1918, in Beloit to Allen Lester and Ethel Ann (Campbell) Evans. She was a government employee. Survivors include three nephews; and a niece. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg; burial in Olive Branch Cemetery, Smith County.
