I don't know if there is a connection. The information I have come by has been as a result of generous researchers on various web sites. The ones on William Evans came from Genealogy.com. They're to long to post here but you can look them up if you would like. They were in reply to Victoria Kelley one is on the Evans family board and the other is on the Vigo County board.
