Evans, married Elizabeth?. He died before 1850. Found Elizabeth, she had children on Mississippi 1850 census: John, Herma/Herina, Frances, Lemuel, Eliza,and Theophilas, all born MS. On 1860 Alabama census: John (son) listed first, Eliza second, then siblings Eliza, Pinkney and Eliza F., Alabama 1870 census find John, married to Mary, born in Florida, children, Missouri, John, William and Emily, all born AL, and Eliza (mother) born MS. So far unable to find in 1880 census. Elizabeth F. is (I believe) the GGrandmother of my husband. She died in 1906 in Mississippi. Her daugher Mary, married Asa Sanders.
