Oct 1884) daughter of William (b. Oct 1850 in OH) and Sarah (b. Dec 1859 in IL). This seems a likely candidate to be your Flora. She is around the same age and living in the same area (Cumberland Co., IL). This Flora had a sister Ellen and two brothers, Joseph and Charles.
