Last know when Debbie was between 14 and 16 they were living in California with their mother who's name may be Carol. Their mother's sister, Virginia, was married to their father's brother, possible name William or Richard or Bill Evans. Their Grandfather's possible name may have been Willard. Their father's name is Robert Ernest Evans who married Anna. If anyone has any information I would really appreciate being contacted. Even if they do not want contact from their past, I would like to know if they are okay after everything their father put them through.
