I am actually searching for a family bible - Evans. It was stolen from a storage unit my Great-grandparents had in Warsaw, IN. (Kosciusko) My G-grandparents names were Lawrence Evans and Ellen Bartholomew Evans. I also have Evans lineage from another side of my family. My g-g-g Grandmother was an Evans (possibly Chloe?) last residence in Greenup County, KY. She married a Kirk and they had a daughter Ada. G-g-g Evans possibly had some American Indian ancestry.
