Do you you know anything about him. My gggrandfather was David Evans m. Rachel Moses. Their son George Hugh Evans b. 1857 came to America from Wales around 1870. George m. Elinor Walters c. David O., Rachel Eleanor and Walter Hugh. Each generation has a repeat of the names. I'm hoping there is a connection because of the David and Hugh names.
