This year I discovered my gg grandparents were Rev. James E. EVANS and Permilia J. MAYS. Today I discovered an obit that said he was laid to rest on 20 May 1886. His service was held at Mulberry Street Methodist Church in Macon (Bibb), GA, where he was a former preacher. I am related to James EVANS through his son William.
