My furtherest back Evans that I have found is a David W. Evans who married a Virginia Tucker. They lived in the Linden, Perry Co. TN area. Their son was Lankford Gordon Evans, his son was Richard Allen Evans his son was Robert Wiley Evans, his daughter was Edith Marie Evans Caviness, her son is Wally Caviness, b. 1940, lives in Bellingham, WA.
