Replogle on page 81 of the Madison Co TN 1840 census and a John Evans on page 92 of same census but nowhere do I find a Frederick M. Replogle on the same page with a John Evans. Jen, can you re-look at your references for the 1840 census and tell me what is up? Were they in another county in TN in 1840 other than Madison?
