She was born some time around the 1870's but I don't know where. She married Frank J. Elliott in Caldwell Co., Texas in 1901 and had 3 sons, John Oscar (1901), Jesse Carl (1906) & Troy E. (abt 1913). Her father's name was John Joe Evans (I know nothing about him either). Minnie died some time between 1913-1920. I have a photo of her mother but no name. I'm pretty sure her husband's real name was John Franklin, but he went by Frank. He was born in TX about 1875. I would greatly appreciate any help anyone can offer.
