Evans, his brother Theodore is living with him. I believe that George R. Evans is listed during the 1900 census in the household of James W. Evans and wife Ada. Ada is apparently his step-mother. In the 1910 Census, James Evans is listed as John, but I believe that this is the same man. Theodore is listed in that household also. As far as George's occupation, he is listed as a farmer on his WWI Draft Registration Card. That was on June 5, 1917. He stated that he was former Navy and had received a medical discharge. He is listed as medium height and build, with gray eyes and brown hair. He lists his date of birth as November 17, 1888, Charleston, South Carolina. I am not related to this line. Good Luck!
