Evans was born 1891 in Aston (Birmingham), England in 1893 and came to Canada about 1911. At the time, his family was living in Wylde Green, Sutton Coldfield. He homesteaded in Sask., then moved to Vancouver some time after WW1. His first marriage was said to have produced two daughters. I have no names for the spouse or children. Second marriage about 1948 to Edna Juanita Corriveau. They had a florist shop in Vancouver. They later lived in Bella Coola, where George may have been a magistrate. They moved to Quesnal about 1959, where he died in 1963 and was buried at Quesnel Municipal Cemetery. I'm hoping to find more information on his first marriage, and family. Thank you!
