On 4th May Court 1779 - Charlotte County - Griffith Evans was a witness for James Shearer at the suit of Calverine Ford. On 1st May Court 1780 - Charlotte County - On a motion of Griffith Evans and for reasons appearing to the Court he is Exempted from the payment of levies in the future.
