TN census was my ggggrandfather. The children listed in the 1860 census were from his second marriage (wife unknown). I am descended from Josiah G. Evans, offspring of Berry's first wife (name unknown). It is possible that the Wayne Co. Berry Evans is the same as the Berry T. Evans listed in the 1840 Muary Co. TN census. His son, Josiah, was married in adjoining Lawrence Co. TN in 1849. Josiah moved to Wayne Co. TN sometime after 1855. I would like to exchange info with anyone interested in this Evans line.
