Richard James Cole Sr.'s parents were John Cole b. abt. 1695 in Culpeper County, Virginia and Susannah. Nancy E. Cole had brothers named Charles H., Jeremiah, John Hubbard, Jesse b. December 15, 1805, and William Washington Cole. Their parents were Jesse James Cole and Nancy Sparks. Jesse James Cole's parents were Richard James Cole Sr. b. April 21, 1729 in Culpeper County, Virginia and Ann Hubbard. Richard James Cole Sr.'s parents were John Cole b. abt. 1695 in Culpeper County, Virginia and Susannah. Jesse James Cole and Richard James Cole Jr. were brothers. Nancy E. Cole is the 1st cousin once removed of Zerelda Elizabeth Cole. Nancy E.
