Wondering why several of you are having low resources with several mailboxes open. I leave three open with a total of over 3500 notes, to add to that, I have over 100 mailboxes in total, with over 6000 notes, to make it faster to cross check, without any problem with resources. I do have 128meg of ram, but that is the only thing that may be larger than most use. Jack **************END OF ORIGINAL MESSAGE TEXT************** Jack, do you have a visible meter running so that you can see what your Resource level is? (Such as Windows Resource Meter?) If so, with all those mailboxes open, and all those notes, how do you manage? Also, by "notes" do you mean "emails"? If not, what do you mean? Just curious. SgtGeorge

I do not leave the meter running unless I need to, as it also takes up resources. Jack
