The quickest way to get to System Scan Properties is to right-click on the "V-Shield" sitting in your tray, move the mouse to "Properties", then click on "System Scan". Click on the "Action" tab. Under "Possible Actions", you will see 5 different choices you can check. You have to check them in order to have them available as options when a virus is found. Make sure you have them checked.
