No, it's not, and thank Heaven for that! Why do people want to crud up their email with colored backgrounds, fancy background graphics, animated graphics, moving marquees, music, etc., when it just makes emails extremely large in size and adds to the already overly congested internet pipeline? Sure, it's cute, but cuteness soon becomes a bore AND becomes aggravating. Most of use want to merely send email, without all the added junk. Sorry.
