You can create a filter that will send messages with attachments to a folder. To do this open filters (Tools>Filter) Create a new filter with the Header: = <Any Header> contains multipart/mixed.Then for the action use, Transfer to click on the button labeled In and create the folder where you want it to go. In the next action select Skip Rest, so you other filter's won't take it out of the attachment folder. Then click and drag the filter to the top of your filter list. So now all of the messages with attachments, except digests from mail lists will go into that folder.
