Where do you live at. I'm in Hattiesburg MS. I have not got anything from them regarding any change in service in a few weeks. I don't use the email name they give me. I have another account where my webpages are that I use for email. So far everything seems to be working ok. I've copied this to my @home address to see if I get it. As to using their software, I say don't do it. They need to give you 2 mail sever names. One is called POP for incoming mail. One is called SMTP for outgoing mail.
