My Eudora attachment folder has a whole bunch of these files, each with a different number on it. Winmail5.dat, Winmail7.dat, etc. Where did they come from and should they be deleted? Thanks. Sylvia G.

I delete them. I think they come from people that use Microsoft Outlook. I just noticed something strange. I used to get them fairly regularly but I haven't received one since I have upgraded to Eudora 5.
