Hi All, After running NAV, I was informed that I had the hybris worm virus. Yet again. I am positive that I scan everything BEFORE I open since I got this twice in April. I feel like I must be doing something wrong. Last night someone sent me an excel attachment, which I scanned first. It was OK. Shortly after, I received the Snow White letter -- I didn't open, sent it right to trash, then emptied the trash. Is there some other way I should be doing this?? The file in quarantine is this - c:/Program Files/Qualcomm\Eudora\attach\joke.exe Somewhere in NAV (more info) I read "this virus destroys the program it infects. To remove this virus from your computer, use NAV to delete the infected file and then replace it with a copy of the original." Sorry for the stupidity, but does this mean I should reinstall Eudora or are they referring to the "joke.exe" application? (which of course I wouldn't want anyway) Thanks for any help. Linda
